FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

We've thoughtfully developed training options at DiTrolio Flexographic Institute that will meet the growing needs of an industry to which my business partner, Vince and I have dedicated over ten years of our professional lives. From the earliest days as a press operator through the challenging role of plant manager, we experienced first-hand the importance of finding training options and qualified personnel. It seemed that, as soon as anyone learned to run a press well, we were jumping in to teach others how to operate it. Production and equipment time, along with raw materials, were wasted during these training sessions. It quickly became obvious that on-the-job training provided neither the most effective nor efficient means to meet the industry's demand for press operators. The concept we've developed is simple. DFI provides an off-site training environment that provides more cost efficiency and greater results. Our state-of-the-art facility is conveniently located in Broadview, with easy access to both Chicago and suburbs by several major interstate highways.
