All cancellations MUST be sent to DFI in writing and are subject to a $50.00 fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received 5 working days prior to the seminar or for no-shows. Substitutions are welcome. Substitutions MUST be sent to DFI in writing. Fax to 708.343.4344. We reserve the right to publish photographs of seminar participants for promotional use. DFI reserves the right to cancel or modify seminars, rates, content or speakers without notice, as conditions warrant.  Payment must be received 2 weeks prior to seminar date.
